Web0rchestrator provides website design, web development, e-commerce solutions, UI/UX design, and related digital services as agreed in the project scope.

These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use our services.

2. Project Scope

Our service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us.

  • All work is based on the agreed project requirements.
  • Any additional features or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges
  • Timeline adjustments may apply if requirements change

3. Payments

Work begins only after the agreed advance payment is received. Full payment must be completed before final project delivery.

4. No Refund Policy

Once payment is made and work has begun, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Any modifications or cancellations after work has started are not allowed.
Any attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the service is prohibited.
If a project is discontinued by the client, payments made will not be refunded

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information

The client must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond promptly to any requests for clarification or additional information
  • Ensure all project requirements are clearly defined and communicated
  • Make timely payments as outlined in the agreement

6. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or payment gateways.

7. Limitation of Liability

Web0rchestrator is not liable for indirect losses, business damages, or third-party failures. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance.

10. Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance and updates are provided only if included in the project agreement or covered under a separate maintenance plan. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, client-side modifications, or hosting/server changes after project delivery.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
